FEES AND PAYMENTS

In purchasing our product and keeping it for longer than the 30-day warranty period, you agree to pay for your annual subscription. All fees and charges are nonrefundable after the 30-day warranty period has expired. If you elect automatic renewal, your subscription will maintain active status until your account is terminated. Annual subscription fees will be billed automatically to the credit card designated during the initial purchase process, and will auto-renew each year at the beginning of your anniversary month until your subscription is terminated. Marshall & Swift will notify you by email no later than seven days before charging your account, that your subscription is ending, and that Marshall & Swift will, unless otherwise notified by you, bill, at whatever annual subscription rate is in effect at that time, automatically to the credit card designated during your initial purchase, at the start of the yearly period.

If you want to cancel your subscription, switch to a different credit card or there is a change in your credit card name, expiration date, or if you would like to make any changes to your subscription account, please call:

COPYRIGHT AND LIMITATIONS ON USE

This Agreement is personal to you, and you may not assign your usage rights to anyone. Only one individual may use a single Marshall & Swift product, unless otherwise agreed to by Marshall & Swift. Marshall & Swift may discontinue or change our product, or its availability, at any time, and you may end your subscription at any time. All Marshall & Swift content is the property of Marshall & Swift/Boeckh and is protected by copyright. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate the content received through your subscription to anyone without the express written consent of Marshall & Swift.

YOUR CONSENT

Marshall & Swift may change this Privacy Policy at any time by posting revisions to our website, www.marshallswift.com. Your use of the product constitutes acceptance of the provisions of this Privacy Policy and your continued usage after such changes are posted constitutes acceptance of each revised Privacy Policy.
